Community Support Preferred Rates

Our hearts go out to those in our local community and greater western North Carolina who are recovering from the devastating weather related to Tropical Storm Helene. 

As we continue to rally and support our community, Kanuga is pleased to offer preferred lodging rates to those personally affected and those supporting recovery efforts in the region. We are fortunate to have a large campus that is open and ready to accommodate lodging guests now through 2025 and beyond.

Support is available to provide a variety of lodging options for displaced individuals and families, local and volunteer first responders, health care workers, disaster relief and support organizations including recovery mission groups as well as professional restoration companies.

Lodging, Group & Event Venue Options at Kanuga

As our community continues to recover from the impact of Tropical Storm Helene, we’ve learned that a number of folks aren’t able to host their events, meetings and weddings in the venues they initially booked.

Kanuga Inn & Lodging was fortunate to sustain limited damage during the storm. We are open and prepared to accommodate leisure travel, groups and events of all sizes. We have a very large campus with a variety of lodging and event venues for meetings, retreats, weddings or events.

Kanuga is a nonprofit organization that relies heavily on the generosity of its donors and supporters. 1,400 acres, 160 buildings, two summer camp campuses, an outdoor school, dozens of programs, and 20+ miles of hiking trails is a lot to maintain.
